What a great year to follow college football. I mean, there are so many story lines...from the blundering BCS, to JoePa coming back AGAIN, and a talent pool is just extraordinary.
Have you noticed that there are A LOT of (great) players who are announcing that they will be returning for their senior (or junior) year of eligibility, instead of entering the NFL draft? I have a theory...no one wants to get drafted by DETROIT! (LOL) Who can blame them.
I'm excited about Joe Paterno coming back. He's going to have a lot of returning seniors...and I'd like him to get one more championship before he hangs it up FINALLY. I say, as long as homeboy can handle it...keep on coaching bud! WE ARE......PENN STATE!
Colt McCoy, Chase Daniel, Graham Harroll, Sam Bradford...heck the Big 12 could have four QBs as 1st round picks (IF they were all going). And lets not forget about Tim Tebow...Yowsa! (he's hot)
I'm actually looking forward to the bowl games...but I'm glad that the BCS has demonstrated YET AGAIN, that a computer is incapable of choosing who deserves to play for a national championship. We'll have a NCAA Division 1A playoff system before we know it...thank goodness.
