pretty power =) i am first and foremost an athlete.
i started my love for sports when i was 12 years old, when i entered my first tae kwon do lesson, since then i became part of the varsity team from high school through college.
influenced by my coach i entered college as a sports science major, earned my black belt degree and instructors certification.
during the later years of college i discovered the love for powerlifting and i have been at it for almost four years.
i am passionate about the sports i love and enjoy including football (soccer), basketball and currently running (marathons).
when i am not at the gym training my clients, i am at the group exercise room, teaching physical education to an all-boys fitness class. i enjoy my work as a personal trainer and educator.
aside from sports and training, i enjoy going to the movies, having coffee and eating out with friends and family. on occasion i enjoy parties and drinking out with teammates and other acquaintances.
i also love music and think i can carry a tune, but i can never dance to save my life.
i would enjoy the company of someone who is as passionate as i am about sports, music and life in general; someone who would not be afraid of how i live my life and how flexible my lifestyle happens to be.
