I enjoy staying active and having fun through sports. Volleyball is my favorite to play — I love the energy, teamwork, and fast pace of the game. It helps me stay focused, strong, and connected with others. I don’t play every day, but I try to stay active regularly because it keeps both my body and mind feeling great.

I also enjoy watching football, especially international matches or big tournaments. There’s something exciting about the spirit, competition, and unity it brings. Whether I’m playing casually or cheering from the sidelines, sports have always been a way for me to stay motivated, have fun, and enjoy life.
